MATERIALS

We use high quality materials awarded with appropriate approvals and certificates for truss production. The lumber is strength graded, kiln-dried and whittled four times. The nail plates are up-to-date fasteners for prefabrication of wooden structures, made of 1-2 mm thick metal sheet with 8-20 mm spikes. After pressing into adjacent lumber elements with 30 tonne compression they make a strong and resistant fastening.

Strength graded wood, dried up to 15% (+/- 3%) and whittled.
Nail plates do not require additional fastening with glue, nails, screws, etc.
The technology allows to develop structures with large spacing (up to 30 metres without intermediate supports).
